Youth City Council’s Impactful Journey in 2023 and Exciting Plans for 2024
In 2023, our Youth City Council left an indelible mark on our community through a series of successful events and meaningful service projects. From organizing engaging events to spearheading community service initiatives like clothing and costume drives, our dedicated council members demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact.
A highlight of the past year was the eye-opening field trip to the Capitol, where our young leaders had the opportunity to witness the workings of government firsthand. This experience undoubtedly broadened their perspectives and fueled their passion for civic engagement.
As we kick off 2024, we are thrilled to announce that our Youth City Council is now stronger than ever with a team of nine dedicated members. This dynamic young group is ready to build upon the successes of the past and embark on new endeavors that will further enhance the well-being of our community.
Stay tuned into our website for more exciting updates as we continue to empower our youth to lead, serve, and inspire in the year ahead. Together, we are shaping a brighter future for our city.
