Potential amendment to the zoning map of Sunset City to change the following area from R-1 Residential to R-3 Residential.

202 West 2050 North (TIN: 13-077-0017)
Owner of both locations: RBS Financial Services, LLC
Sunset City Code Title 10, Chapter 5, Articles A and B containing the permitted uses and regulations for the above-referenced zones are on file in the Sunset City Offices located at 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. The ordinances may be viewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays or on the Sunset City website at www.sunset-ut.com.

Interested persons may appear at the hearings to present oral comments or may submit written comments prior to the hearings by mail to the Sunset City Planning Commission or Council at the address noted above.
The owner of real property may no later than 10 days after the day of the first public hearing file a written objection to the inclusion of the owner’s property in the proposed zoning map amendment. The protest should be filed at 200 West 1300 North, Sunset UT 84015. Each written objection filed with Sunset City will be provided to the Sunset City Council.
