SUNSET CITY NEIGHBORHOOD DUMPSTER PROGRAM
In addition to the automated garbage collection service, Sunset City offers its residents the Neighborhood Dumpster program. Residents may request a dumpster twice per year per household delivery and pickup of 30 cubic yard roll-off dumpsters for their neighborhood cleanup project. The city will provide the dumpster and pay landfill charges.

RULES Dumpsters are for residential use only! No businessess, owners of rental properties or commercial contractors are to use this service.
Violators will be cited and prosecuted!
Use of the dumpster is authorized by the responsible party only. Violators will be cited and prosecuted.
No roofing materials or construction materials are allowed.
Toxic, hazardous or flammable materials (pesticides, herbicides, solvents, chemicals, paints, motor oil, gasoline etc.) tires, batteries, televisions, computer monitors and computers may NOT be deposited in the
dumpster. Information on disposal of household hazardous wastes may be obtained by calling Wasatch Intergrated Waste Management at 801-614-5650.
Dumpster should not be overloaded. If dirt and rock materials are deposited, the dumpster can only be filled one-third full. Never fill dumpsters above the sidewalls. Residents using the dumpsters will be required to clean up any spillage caused by overloading. If materials are deposited over the weight limit or on the ground, a fee may be assessed.
